Every hero is made fresh and delivered ready to serve—whether you need a 3-foot sandwich for a team of 10 or a full 9-foot lineup for a company-wide gathering.

We offer full-sized deli-style heroes with classic combinations, vegetarian-friendly builds, and customizable meat and cheese pairings. Our team coordinates with office managers, executive assistants, and private hosts to ensure the setup fits your event’s format. Delivery and setup are available for corporate lunches, birthday celebrations, and more. Orders can be placed with 24–48 hours’ notice depending on quantity and customization.

We offer three standard hero sizes: 3-foot, 6-foot, and 9-foot options. Most clients choose one 3-foot hero per 8–10 guests, but our planners can help you estimate portions based on your group size and appetite. Our heroes are sliced and arranged for easy pickup, no utensils needed.

While heroes make a strong centerpiece, most clients choose to round out the meal with sides. We recommend pairing them with a seasonal salad or a simple soup to add balance and variety to your lunch.

Our sandwiches and side salads menu includes leafy greens, pasta salads, and potato-based options that work well for buffet-style serving. For colder days or more formal meetings, you can also request a warm, pre-portioned soup like lentil, butternut squash, or chicken vegetable.

Adding these elements gives your guests more choice without complicating logistics. Everything comes labeled, packed, and arranged for fast, low-effort setup.

Delivery, Setup, and Event Staffing

Depending on the nature of your event, you can choose from three service options: drop-off delivery, delivery with setup, or full-service staffing. We deliver to offices, private homes, and event venues across all five boroughs, as well as parts of Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Drop-off service is ideal for casual team lunches or short meetings. If you’re hosting a more structured event, our team can arrive early to handle setup, layout, and any onsite coordination.

Dietary Requests and Custom Orders

We prepare our sandwiches with care to accommodate a range of dietary needs. Gluten-free bread, dairy-free condiments, and vegan fillings are available with advance notice. If you need to customize a portion of your hero for specific allergies or restrictions, just let our coordinators know during booking.
