How Our Custom Buffet Catering Works
Ordering a custom buffet starts with a conversation. We’ll help you map out portions based on headcount, event length, and serving style. You select your mains, sides, and sauces from our seasonal offerings, and we prepare everything for easy presentation—whether you’re setting up in an office, a venue, or a backyard.
You’ll choose between family-style trays or individually packaged components depending on your needs. Each order is labeled, portioned, and packed for seamless drop-off and setup.
