OUR CATERING POLICIES
HOURS OF OPERATION
We are available for calls from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. To guarantee service, orders must be
placed by 4pm ET for next day orders. We will try to accommodate all last-minute orders; however certain menu items
require 24-48 hours’ notice. Deliveries are available seven days a week, Monday through Sunday.
SET-UP IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders include disposable napkins, cups, plates, cutlery, serving utensils, and food signs for display. Hot food item
prices are inclusive of wire racks, sternos, and water trays. Metal or flameless chafers are available for an added fee.
Flameless chafers and bamboo wood platters are available for an additional cost. For eco-friendly and China
presentation, a fee of 10% will be added. Upscale paper goods are available for an additional charge.
Ingredients may be adjusted based on seasonal availability without prior notice. Our Delivery Team will set up all
necessary items at your event. We will arrange to pick up coffee urns, China, and any other equipment, if applicable,
within 24 hours of the order unless otherwise requested. Clients are responsible for any equipment provided. Charges
will apply for any lost or damaged items.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
The administrative fee covers costs associated with the packaging, administration, support, and execution of the
catering order. This charge is not gratuity.

SPECIAL EVENTS
As a full-service catering company, we provide everything from staffing, bar service, rental equipment, décor, and
anything you need to make your event a special occasion.
MENU
Menu items are subject to availability and ingredients may change based on the season and availability.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards – American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We accept checks. House
accounts can be set up upon request in advance. Credit card payments will be processed 24 hours in advance.
RENTALS
Décor, equipment, glassware, plates, linen tablecloths, ice buckets, etc. are available and priced upon request. We
require a minimum 3-day advance notice for rentals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cancelled within less than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge.

STAFF FOR YOUR EVENT
The recommended number of staff for your party will vary with the size and style of the event. Our outstanding team consists of waiter captains, bartenders, chefs, porters, hosts, waiters, coat check attendants, and valet services.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
Susan’s Kitchen Catering And Events can provide you with all your beverage needs such as soda, water, premium beer, wine, liquor, ice and bar fruit. In addition, we can create customized drink menus and wine recommendations to fit any event.
VENUE LOCATION SERVICES
We work with a variety of venues throughout the NYC and surrounding areas. We will gladly assist you in finding the perfect venue for your event
FLORAL DESIGN AND DÉCOR
Flowers can be a sensational complement to your event and add a level of comfort and intimacy for you and your guests. Indiana has a handpicked group of top floral designers and suppliers throughout New York City that are appropriate to every style and budget.
ENTERTAINMENT

How can I place an order?
ou can place your order by phone; our catering sales managers are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm at (212) 767-0218. Alternatively, you can log on to our website at www.nysusankitchen.com, where you will be able to place your order using our interactive catering menu. For prompt service, we kindly ask you to place your orders as early as possible. Some items require 24-48 hours’ notice; however, for most items, last-minute orders can be accommodated.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
We are usually able to accommodate changes made at least three days before your event. Let us know when submitting your order if you anticipate making any adjustments. Please note that we consider all orders final two days before the scheduled event date and are not able to make any changes after this time.
How do I pay for my order as a corporate/institutional customer?
We welcome corporate charge accounts. Please call us for a corporate charge application or download the PDF copy of the application form. We accept most major credit cards, cash, company checks, or Susan’s Kitchen Catering and Events house accounts. Susan’s Kitchen Catering and Events is not liable for unauthorized orders. All deliveries charged to the house accounts must be made to the customer’s corporate address on file.
